The drink is energizing and it is a great way for the non coffee/tea drinkers to wake up in the morning. The non coffee drinkers actually have it better, because coffee is a diuretic and does not really help with rehydration that the body needs after 5-8 hours of sleep.

I feel so much better now that I've tried drinking it on a regular basis, I am not exhausted and I no longer have problems with digestion.

Lemons are an excellent source of vitamin C and they are also a source of antioxidants and all sorts of good stuff for your body. 

And my favourite of all time : Cayenne pepper. The holy grail in long-term weight loss. It helps you with digestion and regulates blood sugar. 

To sedaj pijem že kar nekaj časa in se počutim veliko boljše kot prej, ko sem pila kavo. Pomaga tudi pri težavah s prebavo, katerih nimam več.
Limone so zelo dober vir vitamina C, kar vsi že vemo, morda pa ne veš, da so vir antioksidantov in vseh oh in sploh dobrih stvari za naša telesa. 
In seveda moja najljubša sestavina, kajenski poper. To je super za dolgoročno izgubo teže. Pomaga pri prebavi in uravnava krvni sladkor. Naredite kdaj ta napitek kakšnim starim staršem s problemi s krvnim sladkorjem.

Limona in kajenski poper zmešana našim telesom pomagata vzpostaviti pravi PH v telesu, kar pomeni, bolj zdrav metabolizem in okrepljen imunski sistem. In za vse moje punce, ki berete, nobenih vnetih mehurjev!

So it's pretty much just a cup/bottle of warm water, a squeezed lemon (you can add as many as you want), and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. I put slices of lemon in the bottle to make it look somewhat prettier.

Naredi se s toplo vodo, limono in žlico kajenskega popra. Jaz dodam še malo limoninih koškov, da lepše izgleda in da lahko čez dan dodajam vodo.

Another DIY coming your way!

I am a very organized person and as soon as I have nothing planned out, I get kinda lost in my responsibilities and end up doing nothing.

I always wanted a planer, but they are usually so expensive and living as a student on a budget without a job can really be challenging.

So I figured out, why not just make my own calendar and personalize it just the way I want it?

At first, I wanted to just search for it and print it out, so I was googling some calendars but all seemed kind of dull and boring so I decided to do it myself, finally. 

It only took me 15 minutes, Word document program and the web to find some cute pictures.
And I am using Windows, and I have no experience with other OS so I really don't know what you would use, so I made it simple for you and just gave you the picture here. :) 

I just did a calendar for the month august (but really guys, if you stare at the word ''august'' for a really long time, it just seems like it's not even a real word and as if you misspelled it).

I just did a little table (6 weeks, 7 days) and personalized it. I just wrote the numbers in and added a little cloud to write some notes in. I converted the document from Word (.doc) to an Adobe file and then to an actual picture JPG file on an online converter so I could show you guys the outcome and so you could print it out if you liked it.  

So, here it is ! And I'm sorry that the quality is a little bad, the converter somehow butchered it a little.

                   

I added a little palm tree, even though I will not be seeing the seaside anytime soon, because I have finals.

So I made myself a little more personalized one. The little pictures at the end of the month are actually pictures for each specific final I have that day. So I have : microeconomics, statistics, law, business, and math.

And yes, I am studying economics. Kill me now. LOL

So here is mine. 

The little anime girl says : Stop blogging and GO STUDY!!

I thought it was so accurate I just had to put it on. And it filled up the free space the calendar had so that was cool too.

Another idea is : you can do these for each month and put them in a divider, and you have yourself a homemade planer, for which you didn't have to pay 30-50$, and it is personalized to your preferences. I will try to make it and post a picture before the start of an each month, like I did it here.

ESSENCE NUDE NAILS

All about nudes, apparently

Recently I've been obsessed with nudes, and since I have found my go-to nude lip combo, I wanted to find a perfect nail polish.

Kot sem že omenila, sem zadnje čase obsedena z nude odtenki. Zdaj, ko že imam svoj nude lip, sem potrebovala še lakec. 

So, essence cosmetics came out with new nail polishes, the ones that are supposed to be like gel finishes. At first, I was a little bit sceptical about the finish and the actual ''gel'' outcome of the polish.

Essence je začel prodajati nove lake, ki naj bi imeli gel finish, se pravi, da tvoji nohti izgledajo, kot da imaš gelirane nohte. Sprva sem bila malo skeptična, saj nisem verjela v to, da bo dejansko finish tak, kot da bi bili nohti gelirani.

I'm all about that drugstore life, I mean, who doesn't love a good bargain if you get the thing you were looking for?

Živim za trgovine, kot so DM, saj imajo kozmetiko, ki so jo lahko privoščiš, kdo pa tega ne mara? Še posebej, če za malo denarja dobiš stvar, ki je dejansko dobra!

So, I bought a perfect nude polish for me, and tried it out.

Believe it or not, even just one coat of the polish completely covers the nail. You know what I mean, the finish is not sheer, and you can't see your nail beneath the polish.

But, I applied 2 coats, just because I like having 2 coats of nail polish on. And I've never been happier with the outcome.

My nails have such a nice shine! And this is without a single top coat! 

Našla sem popoln nude lakec. Odločila sem se da ga kupim, kaj pa sta tiste 2€.

Verjela ali ne, potrebovala sem samo en sloj, kar me je presenetilo. Pričakovala sem, da bo lak prosojen, in da bom potrebovala najmanj tri sloje, da bo sploh izgledalo ''nude''. 

Še vseeno sem si dala dva sloja, ker je pač to moja navada in ne morem preko sebe, haha. 

Moji nohti se tako lepo svetijo, pa sploh nimam nadlaka.

The polish comes on really nicely, it doesn't stick or anything.

My nails look like I just came out of an acrylic nail appointment.

They are super hard (I actually ''stabbed'' a few friends with my nails and they thought I had fake nails on). And no, it's not my nails! My nails are super soft and they bend and chip and are just not the healthiest nails. So having this polish on is kind of a boost for my confidence, which is super nice.

Oh, and of course, it dries quickly! My advice is, wait for a couple of hours before applying the second coat, just to be safe and prevent little bubbles on your nails. (Speaking from experience)

Lakec se tako lepo nanaša, ni lepljiv ali pa pocast.
Moji nohti izgledajo, kot da sem ravno prišla z geliranja. Prijateljico sem ponesreči zabodla z nohtom in me je vprašala, če imam umetne, saj so tako trdi. In ne, to niso moji nohti. Moji nohti so zelo krhki in se konstatno lomijo. Dober lak mi da prav samozavest, kar je super.
In seveda, se lak zelo hitro posuši. 

The only downside is, the nail polish doesn't have the little metal ball inside. You know, the little metal ball that keeps your nail polish from getting old and drying if you shake it?

Edina stvar, ki je slaba, je ta, da nima tiste male bunkice, ki bi preprečila, da se lak postara.
